Welcome to my blog. In this blog I will be writing about how the use of counselling, self-help and mindfulness may be helpful to a person who is experiencing challenges and difficulties.


I think it can be said that everybody will face a challenge at some point in their life, and whilst not all challenges are negative, many of them are. I strongly believe that counselling is a useful tool in enabling a person to overcome many difficulties they encounter. As a therapist my aim is to support a client in their ability to conquer challenges, and to work through any emotional difficulties they experience. It is also worth mentioning that, another aim is to also enable a client to leave counselling when appropriate with the tools, skills and knowledge to lead a more balanced and harmonious life, and with the confidence to work through future challenges when they occur.


Counselling: A problem shared

Counselling is the provision of a dedicated space where you can unload your thoughts without judgment. Whether you're grappling with stress, anxiety, or deeper emotional issues, counselling can guide you through the labyrinth of your mind.
